So Silly Sydney was visting me, thanks to Andrew, so me and Kelly decided to take him out for a day. And I mean a day. We went all over the town. It was a lot of fun though! Anyway, I think the pictures really tell the whole story so here goes:
We started off in Central Park, one of my favorite places in New York. It was weird because it was a gorgeous day out, like 50 deg, but there was still snow on the ground in the park. Pretty!
Rock climbing in the park. It's a must.
Waaaay downtown to Battery Park. We didn't want to take the ferry all the way out to the Statue of Liberty, but we figured we should see it. And the view from Battery Park is really pretty, even if the statue is pretty small.

Taking the subway back uptown.
Oh, so on our way downtown, some girl left her sidekick on the subway. So we picked it up and called her and met her at Penn Station when we went back uptown. So here's Sydney for the brief time we had a Sidekick.
We stopped by our former work and went to the roof to see the skyline. Also, going on roofs is always fun. That's the Empire State Building in the background.

Stopped by some street vendors and got lunch. Kelly got a hotdog, but I stopped by the Halal stand. They have the best lamb and rice or falafel, but for people on the go the best choice is a gyro. Much better than a hot dog and definately a New York lunch.
He tried and tried to hail a cab but no one would stop.
At Byrant Park, a really pretty park for sitting and reading, writing or drawing. Also where Fashion Week takes place.

The conductors let me wear his hat!! And take a picture with them!! Kelly was amused for the rest of the night at my excitment when he let me wear his hat. It says conductor on it!
